Trust and safety
vaddi pein is an elder-sister companion for school and feelings — warm and helpful, with a guardian always in the loop.
Guardian-first accounts
A guardian signs up first with identity proof and phone verification. Each child is added under that account with their own Login ID, class, board, interests, and password. A child profile stays inactive until you complete itemized consent for them.
Two separate spaces
- Child — signs in to their own space for homework help, sisterly chat, books, news, daily tasks, and assignments.
- Guardian — uses the Guardian Portal to see what needs attention, a read-only picture of your child, their reading level, and to manage multiple children.
What guardians control
Before a child can use vaddi pein, you choose what data categories you agree to — such as learning activity, voice or video (if used), and usage analytics. We do not use your child’s data for behavioural tracking or targeted advertising.
After sign-in you can also turn off conversation memory, document and report-card uploads, and voice recording where those features are available.
How we keep chat safe
- Replies in the child’s space go through safety guardrails so unsafe or off-limits content can be blocked.
- If something in a chat may need a grown-up’s attention, it is flagged for the guardian under Needs your attention — you see a summary, not a full transcript dump.
- Children do not see guardian reports, consent screens, or family controls.
Questions about safety or privacy can be raised from the Guardian Portal after you sign in.
